Grombo Group LLC was started shortly after the original founder of the company used fitness to deal with his experiences and struggles in life after his deployments to Iraq in 2003 and 2005 while serving in the US Army. He used fitness as his way of getting through the difficulties and health issues the war had caused. His consistent drive to push through his adversity and hardships helped him dominate his fears and persistently drive forward to rise above it. Every grueling workout and run melted away his frustrations while creating someone that has become tougher than any challenge he had faced. This journey inspired him to help others find their own relief through fitness by inspiring anyone that feels broken, lost, lonely, hopeless, facing fear, adversity, hardships, or just plain kicked down by life. This inspiration gave him the ambition and focus to start a fitness apparel company called “Grombo Gear” which specializes in the sale of shirts and hoodies that are military inspired and fitness themed. Through the process of setting up the company and creating great screen-printed apparel he learned that not only has fitness become a great method to reduce the stress of PTSD and nightmares from the war, but screen printing can be just as relaxing. The evolution of his apparel company and custom screen-printing apparel projects has enabled him to overcome his issues and provide a relaxing activity that he can be proud of. After the first year of the company his brother noticed how the process of this company has helped his brother get through his issues and soon joined the company to assist in the evolution of the company's vision and purpose to inspire.
